pretty good for office stuff

Needed some basic tools for home, like a set of screwdrivers, and OfficeMate had a good selection. the prices were decent, and i even found some snacks for the office too. Just wish they made the full tax invoice request a bit more straightforward, like Shopee or Lazada.

Quick purchase, good product

Needed a new ปากกาลูกลื่น and some แฟ้มห่วง. Ordered online, it was easy. Delivery was fast, got it in 3 days. Products were exactly what I expected. No issues at all. Would buy again.

Consistent service, reliable products

I've ordered from OfficeMate a few times now, mainly for things like เครื่องเย็บกระดาษ, ลวดเย็บกระดาษ, and sometimes bulk กระดาษถ่ายเอกสาร. This time I picked up some ปากกาเคมี and a new เครื่องเจาะกระดาษ. The experience was consistent with my previous orders. The website's always easy to use, and they usually have what I need in stock. Delivery took about 3-4 days again, which is their usual for my area. Products always arrive in good condition. I keep coming back because I know what to expect, and they deliver reliably every time. No surprises, which is what I want for office supplies.

Got my printer ink, all good

So I needed some ตลับหมึก for my printer, like, yesterday. Checked OfficeMate, they had my model. Ordered it up. The site was chill, no weird pop-ups or anything. It showed up a few days later, which was cool. Popped it in, and it worked perfectly. No fuss, no drama. Just got what I needed without any headaches. Pretty happy with it.

Decent supplies, slow delivery

I bought some กระดาษถ่ายเอกสาร A4 and a new เครื่องคิดเลข. The products themselves are fine, good quality as expected. The กระดาษถ่ายเอกสาร is bright, and the เครื่องคิดเลข works perfectly. Prices were competitive, I think I got a good deal. My only complaint was the delivery speed. It took 6 days to get here in Chiang Mai. I was hoping it would be a bit faster. Customer service was okay when I called to check on the status, but they didn't offer any real solutions for the delay. Overall, it's a good place for office stuff, just don't be in a rush for delivery.

Smooth order, good quality chair

I ordered a new เก้าอี้ทำงาน last week. The website was easy to navigate, found the chair I wanted pretty quickly. Placed the order, got a confirmation email right away. Delivery took about 4 days to reach me in Bangkok, which was within their estimated window. The chair arrived well-packaged, no damage. Assembly was straightforward enough, all parts were there. The quality of the เก้าอี้ทำงาน itself seems good for the price; it feels sturdy and comfortable for long hours. I had a question about assembly, called their support line, and someone answered relatively fast and was helpful. Overall, a positive experience from start to finish.
